Purpose: This program provides the student with the aesthetic, technical, and management knowledge required for the creation and management of well-designed and well-organized websites.
Credit for Prior Learning (CPL): Students in this program may be eligible for credit for prior learning.

Total credits for the Web Design and Development Career Studies Certificate: 20 credits
IT courses used for this program may not be more than 10 years old, unless approved by academic dean.
All first-time students must take a one-credit Student Development (SDV) course prior to enrolling in their 16th credit at NOVA. First-time-to-college students ages 17-24 must complete an SDV course within their first year at NOVA.
