Teaches advanced study of blood to include coagulation, abnormal bloody formation, and changes seen in various diseases. Lecture 2 hours per week. Laboratory 3 hours per week Total 5 hours per week.
Prerequisite(s):MDL 101, MDL 125, and MDL 140 140 with a grade of “C” or better. Students must be enrolled in their first year of the Medical Laboratory Technology AAS degree program or receive program director approval. Corequisite(s): MDL 260.
